Welcome entrepreneur!
You have taken the first step.
The first step to:
- be able to put your energy and focus back into the core business of your company...
- generate more time to take new steps...
- take your company to the next level...
In short, the first step to be able to do business just like you envisioned.
You have established a company. Some time ago, or just recently. You enjoy the work you do. You would like to invest all your time and energy in the growth of your company. Every day you decide to take new steps. And every day you find that pile of work that really doesn't make you happy. In fact, works that costs you your energy. This is not your calling. This is not the core business of your company. But, that pile of work still has to be done too.
I have established my own company. I enjoy the work I do. I put all my time and energy into growing my business. Every day I take new steps. Every day I do piles of work which make me happy. In fact, it gives me energy. This is my calling. This is the core business of my company.
And now? Now you can outsource that work. I would be happy to take it off your hands. With that pile of work gone, you can put your time and energy back into the growth of your company, just like you envisioned.
A win-win scenario.

A first acquaintance
I am Tamara.
An intelligent woman, observant, creative, and empathetic.
I use these qualities as a Virtual Assistant, in addition to my pragmatic attitude, customer focus, result orientation, helicopter view, and strong communication skills.
Often, I quickly see what's needed, I am always keen on improving or simplifying existing processes, and I am not easily perplexed. After all, for every problem there is a solution, and often not just one.
Important to me, are flexibility and maximum results, in other words, maxibility! On one hand, I like to work with people giving me space to do my work how I'd like to, and on the other hand I am there when needed.
Doing so, sustainability is very important to me, which I like to show at home, in public, and at work. Whatever you need me for, I am always happy to look for possibilities to make your company more sustainable.
Sherpas are Himalayan people living on the borders of Nepal and Tibet. They are renowned for their skill in mountaineering, and they mainly work as lead climbers and luggage carriers during mountain expeditions.
As a Virtual Assistant (VA), I like to compare myself to a Sherpa. I take the work load off the hands of entrepreneurs, so they can fully focus on reaching the top with their company.
Virtual Assistance is the online and remote business support. This support takes place on various levels, on which I work in various roles. Of course the obvious roles, such as office manager and secretary, but also the less obvious roles of IT employee or quality officer.
And sparring partner. Because as a competent VA I don't just carry out the work, I think along with you, act as a sounding board, ask critical questions and keep you on track.
That sounds excellent, right?!
Summarily, these are the benefits of hiring me:
Saving time and energy
These are two vital things you can put back into growing your business.
From a few hours a month
The threshold is low and my efforts can be precisely tailored to your needs.
Everyone sets their own agenda
There are no restrictions in time and place.
No financial risk
I work as a self-employed person. So you don't have to hire anyone with associated workplace, hardware, travel costs, and so on.
Sparring partner
I like to think along with you, as a sparring partner, or sounding board. This helps to easier take steps to ensure business growth.
Little preparation time
Thanks to my extensive work experience, I am a quick starter.
Before our collaboration starts, I would like to schedule an introductory meeting. I may work remotely, but a good vibe is important to both of us.
I would like to get to know you and your company better first. This helps to define how I can best support you and which form of partnership best suits your needs.
Because I have many years of experience in various roles, such as Office Manager, Management Assistant, and also as a broker and Quality Officer, I have a wide range of talents to offer. I have learned the tricks of the trade long ago. You can reap the benefits of this.
My work areas

Office Management
With more than 20 years of experience in invoicing, debtor management, drawing up quotations and contracts, keeping track of project schedules and CRM, agenda management, managing personnel and financial administrations, and so on, I am very versatile and keep the wheels running smoothly.

Quality control
The continuous improvement of processes is always intertwined with me and my work. Doing something "because it has always been done this way" doesn't work for me. I like to work with you on organizing business processes more efficiently. In addition, I could conduct customer interviews to translate their experiences into improvement opportunities.

Communication
This includes editing texts, writing and managing social media messages, sending newsletters, devising advertisements, drawing up and collecting surveys, setting up or maintaining websites.
I really like to dot the i's and cross the t's.

Real estate
I have worked for eight years as an agent and secretary in real estate brokerage, and during that time I have worked with private and professional clients. Therefore, I'm competent in all areas.

Sustainability
Would you like your company to reduce its carbon footprint, but you don't know how, or you just can't find the time to fully engage in this? I will look into the best sustainable and workable solutions for you.
Ready for the second step?
Ready to do business the way you envisioned?
I'm just one text away.
